รายละเอียดงาน
- To define and plan the process flow of manufacturing and confirm the process parameter inspection.
- To lead the trial run and confirm the capability of each process stage.
- To implement the process items and the quality records of the machine.
- To define and compile the documents of related process.
- To coordinate the related matters, such as materials, measuring instruments, and the analysis of abnormality.
- To train the equipment engineer and operator for related process’s knowledge.
- Develop process/yield improvement which related to assembly processes.
- Provides process instruction for manufacturing.
- Create concept suitable for operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and vendors for process design.
- Be responsible for debugging new machine and equipment to match the technology requirement of production.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, age from 25-35 years (Male or Female)
- Minimum 5-10 years relevant experience in Process engineer.
- Ability to define requirements for equipment and process control
- Experiences in working with automotive / electronics / manufacturing plant in, Production or R&D
- Aptitude to learn.
- Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proven through a number of root cause analysis following a data-driven approach.
- 2D/3D AutoCad, SolidWorks experience in creating/validating layouts, drawings.
- Good command of English (TOEIC650+).
