รายละเอียดงาน
• Supporting general related issues with Microsoft products such as Office, Teams, and Outlook.
• Supporting IP Phone and other Cisco products.
• Supporting hardware and software of devices and applications from Servers, Desktops, and Laptops.
• Supporting End users related to office devices such as printing machines, projectors, etc.
• OS Support – Microsoft Windows 7,8, 10, 11.
• Experience of SQL Server and Exchange Server 2016, Active Directory.
• Managing the IT recycle programmer for the organization.
• Being the first point of contact for staff on collection of new hardware and replaced hardware.
• Managing and setting up new hardware, following IT policies and procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High Vocational or Higher degree in computer science or related fields.
- Experience 1-2 years as IT support in manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and experience of installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows based environments.
- Strong experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (Ms. Office, Ms. Lync, Ms. Outlook, and SAP).
- Direct experience with OA systems is a plus.
- Good networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
- Able to work 6 days per week, and work overtime.
- Ability to travel to work by oneself.
- Fair command of English.
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
