รายละเอียดงาน1.Take charge of all oversea purchasing, to contact with oversea suppliers.
2.To monitor/ control for all documents such as Oversea Quotation, Import shipments, Shipping documents : Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Form D, Form A, Form E, C/O etc. in order to meet customs and suppliers requirements.
3.To coordinate with Freight Forwarder and Shipping agent.
4.Issue quotation to customer.
5.Personal assistant support to MD, manage communication including emails and phone calls, arranging appointments, sort and distribute incoming mail, meeting minutes.
6.Ad-hoc as assigned.
