รายละเอียดงาน
1.Sourcing and selecting new suppliers as additional alternatives. and register according to the standard system
2.Coordinate and provide samples of consumables or equipment from the supplier to confirm with users to reduce costs.
3.Create an Item master in the Inventory stock system according to the category.
4.Tracking quotation with at least 2 suppliers to compare and negotiate prices every time.
5.Arranging a meeting of the purchasing committee In the case of project work that exceeds 100,000.- baht and follow up to signing of approval until complete
6.Make a contract with supplier in case of the project must be written as according to the company's regulations. and presented for signatures approval
7.Follow up and coordinate with the responsible engineering officer And suppliers to see the job site to estimate the price. and attendance throughout the period of work until the job is completed.
8.Tracking consumables or equipment ordered with the supplier. to deliver on time.
9.Participate in inspecting consumables, equipment, services, and project work to the desired spec with the users. Including notifying supplier to fix problems until finish.
10.Verify that the tax invoice from supplier to be accurate and complete with signatures before submitting to the accounting department
11.Tracking various certificates from the suppliers if the user needs or in the case of being Food Grade for food safety when ordering
12.Organize training for contractors in Safety and GA before starting work every time.
13.Evaluate every supplier who does procurement according to the specified period in the standard system.
14.Prepare weekly reports to present managers and executives every week
15.Implement established KPIs and reports monthly.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- ประสบการณ์โรงงานอาหาร ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
- ประสบการณ์จัดซื้อวิศวกรรม ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft office คอมพิวเตอร์ได้
- มีความชำนาญด้านการใช้โปรแกรมMs EXCEL , ERP , SAP
- เคยทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ระบบคุณภาพ BRC / FSSC / GHPs
- แสดงออกถึงภาวะผู้นำ (Leadership) ที่ชัดเจน แต่มีความถ่อมตน (Humble) ที่เปิดใจยอมรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากผู้อื่น , พร้อมปรับเปลี่ยนการทำงานได้ทันที ตามสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป
- การสื่อสารและประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆได้
