คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female 21-27 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
- Strong understanding of factory process planning and improvement
- Analytical and problem-solving skills in technical areas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is a strong advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- English proficiency: TOEIC score will be considered an advantage
- Completed military service (for male applicants)
- Prior experience in factory operations or process improvement will be considered a plus
