1.Document supporting WIS, M/C Check SHEET production process
Quality Check Sheet, Q-Point
2. Prepare a control plan and request for approval to produce parts in advance APQP Project Management Plan
3. Prepare technical information such as Spec, Part Metrix, differences
of each seat model and drawing
4. Review engineering change documents
and formulate a roadmap.
5. Coordinate with relevant parties including DKJ to prepare the machineryEquipment used in production
6. Organize a pre-approval plan meeting with customers,
7. Other assigned by Manager.
8. Plan to improve the quality of the process together with related departments.
9. Participate in the trial production of new product projects.
10. Prepare a quality plan to control the whole production process.
11. Analyze the process to find the manpower production time.
12. Prepare a standardized process of the organization Process Flow Chart
13. Prepare documents to support the production process.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male Age 28-35 years
- Bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production Engineer, or related field
- At least 1-3 years Experience in Automotive part ( New Model, Engineering Change, Process )
- Good knowledge Auto Cad , Microsoft office, Core Tool , Bom System )
- Having good knowledge in IATF 16949 , ISO 14001 , Machanical Drawing ,Work Study )
- Good command in English communication
- Having Leader Skill at lease 2-3 years.
