• Ensure employee compliance with our standards.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and implementing security emergency management procedures and plans.
• Provide oversight for the day-to-day operations of the security team.
• Support in implementing safety and security awareness programs.
• Responsible for employee safety, security, health & life safety.
• Conduct accurate premises and risk assessments of operations, conduct security audits and risk assessments of premises, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Assist facilities & local safety liaisons in integrating localized environmental health safety guidelines, programs & training.
