Job Summary Perform root cause failure analysis in production process. Troubleshoot quality issues to improve customer satisfaction to meet their quality requirement and perform statistical data analysis on production tests being performed and report to QA manager. Responsible for •Developing and implementing quality standards •Developing and implementing quality control systems •Monitoring and analyzing quality performance •Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes and products to ensure quality specifications are met •Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements •Ensuring that workflows, processes and products comply with safety regulations. •Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues •Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements •Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes team •Lead to audit process with team member •Training & Coaching QC operator and perform jobs as assignment

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male, age 25 - 35 years
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical of science or related field
Quality Control Principle, Kaizen, SPC, QC7 tool, PPAP, Gauge R&R, etc.
2-5 Year experience in Quality control for manufactory process
Computer skill (Microsoft Office, Minitab, SPSS , AutoCAD)
Good in English communication
