The Customer Service Staff is the key day to day liaison between the factory and the subsidiaries. His/her responsibilities include ensuring that customer needs and requirements, such as Purchase Orders, Request for Back Order Delivery Dates, Special Requests, Complaints and Questions are processed according to the Quality System and transferred to the key area of the organization capable of providing timely feedback. 1.Ensure all Health & Safety, 5’s and ISO requirements are meet and used within working area. 2.Ensure that the routine working must be align with ISO and company standard/rules/policy. 3.Support his/her team with the decision making, problem solving and escalation in relation to his/her scope of responsibility 4.Capture customer needs and requirements, directly via meeting, telephone, email and instant messaging services, as well as directly through reading and understanding of customer orders and questions from other department within the company. 5.Ensure timely answer is provided to customer inquiries in the objective to maintain customer relationship and high level of satisfaction, by coordinate and communicate with all teams to provide accurate feedback to customer with his/her direct manager. 6.Keep accurate and complete record of correspondence with customer and provided feedback, including data and evidences supporting the company point of view. 7.Ensure customer orders are registered in the company ERP system. 8.Monitor, summarize and take actions on KPI to ensure long term relationship and high level of satisfaction as well as profitability including as a minimum OTIF, Revenue. 9.Manage urgencies linked to his/her scope of responsibility and facilitate them through the company, including as necessary escalation to his/her direct manager. 10.Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in the faculty of Business Administration or Economical Science, unless experience justifies of appointment.
  2. Knowledge of Quality Management System and procedures related to the position is advantage.
  3. 2 years working experiences in field of Customer Service, Supply Chain
  4. Experiences about Customer service, Supplier external communication or Data analyze is preferred.
  5. Good command of English
  6. Computer skiils as a minimun to use Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  8. Ability to negotiate in the company best interests
  9. Quick learner to assimilate the company processes, including manufacturing process, to provide the most approriate feedback experience to the customers
  10. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  11. Ability to effectively multi-task and be flexible
  12. Ability to lead and support problem solving
  13. Pro-active personality and self-driven mind set
  14. Strong individual and at the same time excellent team player
  15. Be flexible to attend meeting with international customer at any time
