Job Responsibility • A dynamic role and requires individual to handle assignments in fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Support Category buyer in sourcing, strategy development, execute bidding/quotation process, award recommendations, review and negotiation, purchase order issuance and contract execution in coordination with legal team. • Support Category buyer to maximize the company’s cost reduction opportunities in various purchasing activities with the best possible terms and condition • Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical and complied with legal requirement and compliance policies. • Support the on-site project delivery. • Periodical review of supply quality. • Act as the liaison between stakeholders, finance and accounting. • Support all other purchasing tasks/projects assigned by Manager.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

A dynamic role and requires individual to handle assignments in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
at least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and/or category management in the field of Outsourcing management (White & Blue Collar), Facilities management (Maid Service, Security Guard at Head office, Warehouse, Sortation, Hub), Office Supply and Workplace Service.
Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
Good communication in English
Able to visit at Sortation (Susakwat 84, Teparak KM. 21 Bangna KM 37,) in some time for meeting or fixes problem.
