รายละเอียดงาน
1.Handling intake, scanning, verification, storing documents and upload documents following set procedures.
2.Filing and archiving relevant documentation ensure all document, report and technical document are collected and registered in system.
3.Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed.
4.Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
5.Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the plan.
6.Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
7.Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
8.Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
9.Manage the staff purchase of products from Operation (if any)
10.Other work as assigned by the line manager, if any
