• Creating and planning sales strategies, implementing activity plan and coordinating with other teams to make the process smoothly.
• Leading and working closely with sales team to ensure achievement of sales team
• Developing good relationship with main dealer and seeking new business opportunities to support sales target.
• Meeting Sales goals in according to company’s sales projection
• Regular conduct market survey, identify new trends and competitors.
• Conduct sales skills and training for sales team
• Handles other assignment as assigned by the top management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 30 Years up, Thai nationality
- Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years solid working experience in Sales and Marketing Manager
- leadership and ability to drive sales teams
- Highly energetic and result-oriented Have analysis skill, good problem solver, good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work as a team member and interact effectively with line management
