Create pleasant experiences and uphold the standard of customer service at Stonegoat. Greet customers and build relationships. Patrol the climbing area, ensuring safety and that gym rules are observed. Provide First Aid and ensure the general safety of customers while in the facility. Perform general front desk duties, including but not limited to checking in customers, registering new customers, and selling passes, memberships, and retail products. Maintain the cleanliness of the gym and assist with various maintenance duties. Manage stock of operational supplies and retail products. Assist the team in ensuring the success of events. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Full-time: 15,000 – 18,000 THB/month Part-time: 60 THB/hour
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Strong customer service mindset.
  2. Ability to work well in a team.
  3. Positive "Can do" attitude.
  4. Well-presented and attentive to appearance.
  5. Tidy and detail-oriented.
  6. Strong communication skills.
  7. Good time management skills.
  8. Ability to multitask effectively.
  9. Previous experience in the service industry (e.g., front-of-house roles in restaurants, cafes, fitness centers, hotels, tourism, or retail).
  10. Bilingual in Thai and English (ability to converse in both languages), with a third language being a plus.
  11. Passion for activities such as climbing.
  12. ****Work permit is not provided****
