รายละเอียดงาน•Recruitment operations: Execute recruitment operations and ensure recruitment operations of responsible functions have been successfully executed per target, Solve problems or obstacles that could block recruitment operations not achieve the target, Manage to provide recruitment support activities to create positive company branding to enhance recruitment effectiveness, Work with HR Center of Excellence for the strategic recruitment program.
•Employee relations: Support delivery of staff activities, employee engagement activities, and internal communications successfully to create employee satisfaction achievement.
•Monitor manpower plan against new HC required with business function and assist HRBP Manager to re-structuring program as function required
•Employee resignations: Execute resignation process; company asset return, Exit Interviews, termination process, turnover report.
•Disciplinary action: Advising line managers/Supervisor to proceed investigation and disciplinary actions correctly per company guideline and ensure the execution in line with company regulation & labor law, Develops, update, and monitor all company rules and regulations, disciplinary action guideline to comply with local labor law.
•Partner with functional Managers/supervisor in all internal to solve people issues and drive to achieve corporate KPIs for responsible functions, Act as a point of contact in HR-related questions for employees
