Position Objective:
Work with quality engineers and process engineer to monitor all process to find the root cause and problem solving when the internal process output not effectiveness. To Support to increase line capacity according to the mass production volume and Cycle time. And to improve KPI target or customer demand such as productivity
Responsibility
Support for line, part number relocation project, Learning and Preparing the GOM scanning new product before transfer and to do the GOM scanning the new product trial by BNL Thailand.
Summary quality issues and effectiveness to report to QA Manager. Summary causes and actions from the meeting
Review and update process capability, Equipment measurement capability short term and long term.
Technical support for process and equipment (analysis and problem solving
Support for measuring with the high accuracy equipment of measurement by CMM
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree (New graduated)
Abel to solving
