Responsibilities

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and technical constraints.
6. Translating software requirements into highly specified project briefs.
7. Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
8. Create and maintain detailed documentation of system requirements, design, and implementation, ensuring clarity and traceability.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owners, to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.
10. Planning and working flexibly to deadlines.
11. Supporting users on troubleshooting, system updates or change control to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
12. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve our software development processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT field.
- 7 Yrs.+ Business Background in Retails
- Expert in Time & Project Management
- Good Mindset / Good Emotional Control
- Good Eng Communication
- Good presentation skills
- Understand software development methods and practices, including Agile and Scrum.
