Position basically is customer service/account representative. Sales representatives of EMI, other than having to find potential new customers, has to service our current customer making sure that product is going to be delivered on time while balancing with our production capacity. Making sure that product development follows the customer's schedule, by coordinating and liaising with our business partners, so that customer will not miss their product launch plan. Some skills and attitude that's good to have: 1.Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them. 2.Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about product's features, and answer any questions they might have. 3.Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends due to time differences of customers. 4.Positive attitude: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job. 5.Hardworking: Being hardworking doesn't always guarantee success, but success is always the results of being hardworking. 6.Keen to learn: Keep an open mind and accept that we will never the best at everything. The world is so wide, there will always be someone better than us at something. Be humble and always ready to learn something new from someone.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Fluent in English (Interview will be held in English language)
  2. Candidate who is able to communicate in Chinese, will be specially considered
  3. Confidence and motivated
  4. Good communication with good interaction skill
  5. Experienced in this field will be specially considered, not a requirement.
  6. Approachable personality
  7. Keen to learn about products and markets. On the job training will be provided
  8. The ability to work alone and as a team
  9. Can drive and do possess a car driving license
