รายละเอียดงานTRANSPORT & WAREHOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES;
•Manage the overall transport management of customer accounts in assigned area.
•Manage all warehouse and transportation activities with other relevant Departments and persons, as necessary in achieving company objectivity.
•Plan, direct, contribute, and coordinate transportation operations within the area of responsibility.
•Manages all work activities in the distribution center including warehouse, logistic, to meet customer requirement.
•Planning Manpower control.
•Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
•Prepare and review warehouse and transportation capacity and performance. And communicate to all cross functional.
•Prepare and analysis Monthly status with action and communicate to all across functional.
•Control the Warehouse and Transportation under cost target without any extra cost.
•Review and analysis reports of billing from Warehouse and Transportation.
•Responsible for Safety in the workplace and safety of direct report staff (if any).
•To responsible for monitoring and evaluating direct reports (if any) for compliance to workplace safety and environmental policy.
•Solve the operational issues in line with corporate principles.
•Coach staff to develop new ideas of operation improvement.
•Other tasks assigned by superior.
•Control, Planning, organizing, and managing sub transport company members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES;
•Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
•Receive and implement customer feedback to improve the quality of service.
•Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
•Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
•Oversee the budget for the customer service section.
