Lead the team to achieve store target Maximize the business potential of the store Understand and leverage visual merchandising filters to create a compelling store environment that grows sales Motivate employee to maximize sales by categories Coach store staff by providing them the necessary training and information required to develop their competencies and support in their growth Build and grow high performing teams Able to build up team work among the team Stock Management Manpower planning and roster management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 3-year experience in managing a team of no less than 10 members
Knowledge of Store operations management
Effectively manage day-to-day Operations
Leadership and Management skill
Good analytical skills
Able to understand and synthesize business and market intelligence
Develop clear and challenging but achievable goals and maintain commitment to goals even in difficult situations
Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours
Knowledge of other language is added advantage
