รายละเอียดงาน1. Provide service information to agents/airlines regarding group/limited group/group reservations.
2. Check confirmation before booking/purchase/cancellation/exchange/refund
3. Responsible for issuing tickets and canceling tickets.
4. Passporting, changing flights.
5. Manage the GDS quo.
6. Handle unmatched group ticket prices, limited group tickets, differential dispute, ADM, ACM.
7. Working with the staff involved, both internally and externally.
8. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
