- Receive and analysis all customer demand and entry in system. - Coordinate with material team and inform when customer orders decrease or increase. - Check accuracy of loading and ensure cumulative required are all right. - Review and analyze MRP planning data. - Check and review customer order fluctuated and inform team and customer. - Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization. - Develop production plan, timelines according to production specifications. - Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications. - Plan workflow and schedules for production departments. - Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery. - Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines. - Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities. - Notify customers of any delays and outages. - Assist in new product development and enhancements. - Manage and set up item planning parameters in system. - Conduct daily tracking to ensure production output align on production plan. - Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications. - Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly. - Assist in training, performance evaluation activities. - Lead in PI count and assign team to co-operate. - All duty job assigns from Manager.

อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, Supply chain management, engineering, or related.
Work Experience: look for candidates with several years of experience in planning or a related field. This could include experience as a planner, analyst, project manager, Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
Technical Skills: Planning supervisors need to have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. And also, be proficient in using SAP Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
Communication Skills: Effective communication for planning supervisors, as they need to convey complex information to various stakeholders, including team members, or clients
Leadership Abilities: As a planning supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of planners WH-FGS WH-RMs and coordinating with production team.
