รายละเอียดงาน
-Gather and analyze Company’s financial performance, business strategies, and other related data in order to keep the most up-to-date information as well as produce IR presentations for external and internal use
-Analyzing, and communicating of financial performance, business strategies, business performance to investors.
-Prepare financial modelling on a regular basis by coordinating with related parties.
-Prepare and disclose information and reports to the public (i.e., MD&A, 56-1 report)
-Organize IR activities and prepare IR materials (i.e., roadshow, conference)
-Establish and maintain relationships with investor community, regulators, financial institutions.
-Monitor the movement of the company’s share price and the market and report on the unusual events
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
- New gratduate are welcome
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (toeic 750+)
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-work oriented, well organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
