Work type-1 : New model
To control and development with suppliers for new component parts / New material / New tooling and Equipments including trial each event. Handle documents for New model APQP, PPAP and concerns all. and QAV at Suppliers to make sure before an initial control period
Work type-2 : Current model
Responsible of current parts, when get the issued any concerns of the quality problems such as customer complaint, In-process problem, Incoming problem. Then, coordinate with suppliers to take the actions. Follow up the real root cause / out flow cause and corrective actions for prepare the quality report (8D-Report) meet to due date. To monitoring of quality problems for proventive and recurrence problems.
Work type-3 : Audit supplier & Improvement
Set the plan to yearly audit at suppliers (System / Process audit) to meet the requirement. When the monthly evaluation score each suppliers is not meet target. Must be improvement activity with suppliers to acheive the target. Coordinate with audit when select to new suppliers list
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or other related Engineer fields.
- At least 3 year of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
- Have knowledge in GD&T, IATF16949, and Quality Management System.
- Have analytical skills and be a fast learner.
- Have responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and present skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to drive cars and have a driver's license.
