• Responsible for the technical services of application software involving in ERP software installation, SQL configuration and all aspects of technical queries and problem solving.
• Co-ordinate and work with software principal in USA to log incidents and resolve any technical service to customers
• Also Able to work with end users in defining and documenting technical requirements, develop technical specifications & hardware specification recommendation
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, IT or related field
- At least 2 years experiences in Windows server / Network security or related field
- Knowledge and Experience in TCP/IP Networking, Network Equipment, LAN/WAN, Internet, VPN, Firewall, Wireless system etc.
- Technical skill in SQL Server and SQL database required/mandatory
- Good in English Communication, must be communicate with USA
- Knowledge and skill on Installation and Maintenance Windows server 2012 and newer version /workstation system, DNS, DHCP and e-mail system
- Knowledge of Cloud solution (AWS, Azure and etc.) is an advantage
- Good technical and analytical, troubleshooting and support service skills
- Fast learning, proactive, able to work with all levels and perform under pressure
- Good documentation
