Responsibilities Setting and planning project management policy and participating in setting company goals and strategy. Planning long-term corporate plan and yearly action plan to present to board team. Managing low-rise or high-rise products rely on company goals and strategy. Managing and monitoring the budget and costing of each project to be efficient depending on an action plan. Consulting and mentoring are all subordinate to effectively solving problems, leading project management, and motivating strategy. Monitoring constructing process and updating the stage of construction. Consulting and brainstorming with product development, marketing, and business development team to planning timing, budgeting, and construction planning. Responsible for any assignment from the supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Civil engineer At least 10 years of experience in management and property development. Leadership skill, communication skill, problem-solving, and planning skill is required. Able to use computer programs such as AutoCAD, Sketup, Ms.Office.
