รายละเอียดงาน
- Recruitment planning and making HR branding strategies.
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring for all position levels in Bangkok and other provinces, including salary offering, orientation, and employee contracts.
- Propose solutions in order to provide more working convenient for the operation department and vendors.
- Hold yearly bidding for hiring new vendors.
- Audit monthly Labor cost reports and control the time attendance system for sub-contract workers.
- Do salary surveys and provide good consult of HR basic labor law for employees.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Having 2-3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Supplier Management or Manpower planning management
- Be able to communicate Chinese-Thai HSK5+
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and flexibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Supporttive, Open-minded, and Service mind.
- Love learning the other department works and good adaptable.
