รายละเอียดงาน• Lead safety, health and environment management system for Nawamin office.
• Keep up to date with changes in current Legislation, Lotus Policy, Thai Regulation, Health & Safety Law and Insurance requirement.
• To be document controller for SHE document system.
• Administration support for statutory inspection program. (i.e. issue PO, generate GRN, contact person for vendors, etc)
• Administration support for H&S training related.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation (i.e. store as-built, legal document approval, testing record, building inspection) as the auditors and government representative request.
• Consolidating of accident and prepare accident statistics report.
• Managing all financial tasks, overseeing budgeting and accounting of SHE team.
• Administration support to SHE team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
• To protect customers’ health and safety.
• Notify the management if the customer complaint is not implemented by the arranged date.
