รายละเอียดงานTechnical Responsibilities:
• Windows Server, Directory, Active Directory, VMware virtual machine management, DHCP & DNS Server, MS SQL Server
• Setting up IDs, joining domains, file storage, snapshot backup
• Exchange Server email within a Microsoft environment (MS 365 & Azure Cloud)
• Ticket handling: Quick (German), implementing ServiceNow
• Have Citrix or VDI experiences will be advantage
Support Requirements:
• Handle hotline calls for 6 hours daily
• Respond to service IT emails, Server management and application service requests
• On-call support, and remote support for local users
