The engineer will be responsible for conducting day-to-day activities of design and improvement of existing products, brainstorming and identification of Improvement goals based on R&D/Operations requirement. Responsible for execution of improvement/development activities in conjunction/collaboration with international teams/forums. Supporting and execution of engineering reports, conducting, and planning testing of /for the new possible product portfolios/existing products in collaboration with other R&D teams/divisions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Educational Qualifications: BE/ME (Mechanical, Production, Materials Science, Polymer, Bio-Medical, Industrial Engineering)
  2. Experience: 3-5 Years
  3. Fair communication in English
  4. Working day Mon-Sat. (Sat. follow to company calendar) at 08.30 am. - 05.00 pm.
  5. Challenge work with R&D-Chemist Indian Team
  6. Computer literacy: MS Office required.MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Minitab
  7. Can Start work immediately will be advantaged
  8. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  9. Integrity and a professional approach to work.
  10. Work Proactive, Fast Learning, Team Motivation, Good Problem Solving and Explore the Possibility
  11. Can work overtime on normal work days or on weekend
  12. Vendor identification for improvement projects and handling of communications during/post development phase.
  13. Ability to execute rapid prototyping for R&D/Operations requirement for medical devices
  14. ISO 9001, QMS, Lean and Agile Methodologies, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, GD&T, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA
  15. Exposure to Plastic/metal welding, Injection Molding will be added advantages.
