รายละเอียดงาน- Receives all request, Inquiries, complaint and contacts from clients and records customer inquiry.
- Co-ordinates with laboratory administration and technical staff for sorting out information to advise clients.
- Advises clients the status of tests, e.g. delay of results, problem of testing condition and take a proactive response.
- Prepares quotation, proposal to clients.
- Review customer inquiries before prepare quotation.
- Reports and handle customer’s complaints to General Manager or Quality Manager.
- Designates the Messenger (contract out) to pick up samples and to deliver reports/invoices to the client.
- Sends Interim results via Fax to client or commercial division.
- Acts as sample registration staff on his/her absence.
- Other tasks as designated by the Business Manager – Test service.
- At all times, comply with SGS Code of integrity and Professional Conduct.
- Customer Services executive is deputy when above position is absent.
