รายละเอียดงาน-Lead the Exhibition Sales team to secure exhibition space and sponsorships for B2G/B2B clients and take ownership of personal sales.
-Commit to achieving predetermined sales volume and budget targets.
-Provide guidance and oversight to the exhibition sales team, working closely with the Sales Director/Project Manager to develop sales strategies that attract new leads, explore emerging markets, and nurture existing customer relationships.
-Conduct product presentations with a comprehensive understanding of our industry and product offerings.
-Collaboratively manage and validate the sales and marketing database with the entire team.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, create, and execute marketing campaigns and materials tailored to specific segments and timelines.
-Regularly provide training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
-Take responsibility for maintaining key account relationships through sales visits and calls.
-Cultivate and establish business relationships with industry associations, individuals, institutions, event planners, and convention services teams.
-Identify market needs and conduct ongoing market research to stay well-informed about industry developments for more effective marketing.
-Fulfill any other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 3 years of international sales experience, preferably within the exhibition or service-related industry.
- Strong work ethic with an emphasis on prioritization and multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce is also mandatory.
