รายละเอียดงานThe Health and Safety Coordinator will provide assistance to the team for most complex administrative tasks related to administration of defined health and safety policies and procedures. In this role, you will provide support to ensure maintenance of health and safety metrics for your assigned location.
•40% Summarize safety KPI & progress status updated and follow up routine safety report weekly-monthly.
Preparation of document for audit and governments.
Process documentation in alignment with EHS programs and incorporate defined instructions.
Collect and organize health and safety data from team members and conduct routine to varied observation and inspection through a variety of well documented methods.
Maintain, review and analyze health and safety complex administrative data.
•30% Safety training arrangement and routine update progress in system.
Prepare training materials and schedule of orientation program for both employees and contractors by weekly.
•15% Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to EHS specialist. Assist to oversee expense of safety activities.
Maintain PPE stock and activity materials.
•15% Communicate and coordinate with departments/people concerned on safety campaigns on boarding channels and including the company website and shared online resources.
