รายละเอียดงาน
•Provide information, answer inquiries, coordinate tasks, and facilitate convenience for tenants or visitors.
•Prepare publicity materials to present knowledge and understanding to residents in the condominium building.
•Verify visitors contacting tenants, check entry and exit to the tenants 's building and external individuals.
•Deliver documents and various printed materials to tenants.
•Provide guidance on the use of applications used in managing condominium legal entities with co-owners.
•Take care of, inspect cleanliness, and maintain security in entry-exit areas, and lobby.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 23-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer relations or customer service.
- Proficient in English language skills (listening/speaking/reading/writing).
- Good communication skills and personality.
- Positive attitude and service-minded.
- Able to work 6 days/week.
