1)Good pattern knowledge and experience in women's apparel and create pattern according to garment construction, sewing and fabric characteristics.
2)Applied different fabrics according to the proportion of body parts. Different tensions can be adjusted based on the distribution of pattern parts.
3)Create pattern through the use of pattern making software - Lectra /Gerber, including perform pattern format conversions among Lectra and Gerber
4)understand the technical information of the customers, and be able to decompose the structure of garment
5)Understand the design requirements of customers and adjust the pattern according to the results of the fitting
6)With many years of sewing experience and independently complete the semi-finished mock-up.
7)Approve plastic shot, plastic bone and wire based on the quality standard and customer’s standard.
8)Understand the angle of wire placement and different types of molding pattern. Provide support during the process of molding pattern making.
9)Understanding the operation of bonding for adjusting the pattern to cater for bonding operation.
10)Test the structure of Seamless, and apply it to pattern design.
11)Follow up the progress of the sampling, review the sample and summarize the improvement
12)Communicate smoothly with other departments to ensure a smooth procedure
13)Complete tasks assigned by superiors
