Job description:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, visitors, and employees.
- Ensure the security of the reception area by monitoring visitor access.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
