2. Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position
3. Organize and participate in recruitment activities such as walk-in interviews, job fairs, and roadshows
4. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
5. Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database
6. Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure accurate documentation for new hires
7. Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular reports
8. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
9. Other tasks as assigned
