รายละเอียดงาน
- Prepare and confirm schedule station and appointment with customer and agent
- Remind seller to call to confirm their appointment and their responsibilities of today
- Confirm all stations have stand by representatives if not arrange it with the team
- Answering emails and messages from agents or customer
- Sending photos and marketing materials for agents and customers by request/ if the seller is not available to answer a phone call or messages-stand by on answer
- Summary daily report records in our system
- Follow up with Marketing team to prepare designed and marketing materials for sales agent/ in request from the sales department
- Follow any pending task for the team for completions/reminder for sales team what they need to complete any customer follow up or any agent request
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย - หญิง อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีเกี่ยวกับการประสานงานฝ่ายขาย
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบขับขี่
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
