Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Develop positive customer relationships and broaden our customer base.
● In charge of revenue generated by the sale of media and other services.
● Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, and support the media agencies accounts
● Digital media and automotive industry knowledges
● Project manage all responsible parties for on-time, on-budget deliverables
● Communicate client requirements to analysts, strategists, copywriters, developers, and designers
● Oversee all the activities for a given account to ensure client expectations are met
● Proactively seek opportunities to improve client metrics
● Oversee client billing and forecasting
