- Administer network equipment (Firewall, Wireless, Network Switch, IP Management, DHCP, DNS).
- Serve as the first point of contact for Customers Network, by phone, email.
- Create, Update, Follow up, and Close Ticket.
- Basic troubleshooting or verifying issues, and forwarding the Ticket to the related team with necessary information.
- Troubleshoot LAN and network connection problems, including network equipment status.
- Responding on time to service issues and requests.
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report.
- Cooperate with related parties to resolve issues.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
