Job Description :
Provide professional service standard to all customers
on both basic tasks such as giving information (places,
promotions, facilities, member cards and etc.) taking
care of car park deduction, issue Tourist card and
advance tasks such as handling customer complaint
and cases
- Welcome the customers and provide information about Icon Siam
- Coordinating with the various departments to provide customers with more convenient services
- Oversee and facilitate all aspects of the Thailand and foreign customers
Hours of operation :
· Working 5 days/week
(4 days – Working 11 hours including Break ,1 day Working 9 hours including Break)
· 2 shifts ( 9.30 - 20.30 hrs. & 11.00 - 22.00 hrs.)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female, age not over 35 years old, Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities, English / New Graduates are welcome
- Good interpersonal skill and service mind (Consider from the good personality first)
- Able to work in shift time
- If have experience in Customer service, Retail Business, Hotel, Airline will be an advantage
- Good communication skill in English
- New Graduate are welcome
