รายละเอียดงาน
- To respond to new product since validation stage by cooperating with IPM, Mould engineer, Process engineer and QA & QC team.
- To respond to customer requirements which are concerned with specification by cooperating with IPM, QA and customer to ensure the suitable measuring method for IPQC inspectors.
- To analyze, investigate and find out the real root cause and take necessary action in case of nonconforming product, any quality issue and customer complaint.
- To collect the similar problem and cooperate with all concerned persons to establish the standard/work flow system/regulation to prevent reoccur problem and horizontal expand to other operation/process for more improvement.
- To ensure process control to be stability with SPC control.
- To conduct training and perform MSA test to IPQC inspectors for buildup and maintain inspector skill.
- Other duty per assignment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female
- 28-35 years old
- Bachelor degree of Engineering
- 5 years in QA experience and relate with manufacturing field
- Good command in English
- SPC, MSA, Measuring equipment
- Quality Management System and product safety standard knowledge
