Responsibilities - Coordinate with overseas suppliers for enquires and purchasing process. - Get quotations, negotiate cost and lead-time, and follow up for shipments with overseas suppliers. - Send requirement, report to factory for claim issue and request the replacement if needed. And follow up claim process and update to Sales and Sales Support team/Warehouse team. - Developing and improving processes to improve both procurement and inventory control functions. - Update lead time & warranty into excel file and report to Sales and Sales Support team. - Coordinate with Sales and Sales Support team for project status and update to supplier. - Coordinate with related departments to smoothly operate. - Provide reports and Evaluate supplier performance. - Other tasks following Manager’s assignment or company policy.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

์No gender limit, Age 28 ++
At least 1-2 years of working experience in Overseas Purchasing or related field.
Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking.
Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly.
Excellent coordinate skills with supplier and other departments
Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
Excellent of computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet)
Good skills in Time Management and Personal Soft skills.
