1.Responsible to develop all new product achieve customer target.
2.Provide all document associate with new product development. (ingredients flow, costing sheet etc.)
3.Responsible trial, 1st production for new product to ensure that quality within customer standard.
4.Issues specifications for raw meat, ingredients, process and product standards that ensure quality and productivity.
5.Coordinates with Purchasing and Supplier on develop new product.
6.Coordinates with concern department of matter concerning with new product development.
7.Implement and continues improvement with existing product/or new project.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related Disciplines.
- 2-3 years in frozen fully cooked chicken product.
- English communication.
