Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- Contact with suppliers and both TH and OV customers for details after conclusion
- Communicate with suppliers for loading appointment and work with logistic-transportation / contractors to match the loading schedule and requirements
- Co-operate with all related party for operation, in house system and document flow supports
- Manage shipment status and communicate for customer 's requirement on documents
- Provide data and prepare regular reports
- Monitor ,record and stay up to date all information of orders and manage sales tracking and report on gap information
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Entering order , all related information into the company database
- Admin works as assign and process payment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business Administrasion, Economics or relate fiede
- Minimum 6 months experience of Sales /Bussiness / Management /Logistic
- Good Thai and English communication skills cover speaking , reading and writing
- Competent for basic computer skill coverig WORD EXCEL POWERPOINT - Fast learner, good team player, creative and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Have entrepreneur attitude, growth mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure
