oWork in partnership with the Thailand consulting leader as business partner, contributing to the implementation of the business strategy.
oResponsible for supporting, designing, developing and leading the execution of the unit people strategy and plans.
oFully understand the company people strategy and practices and localize & customize the same in Thailand by cooperating with corporate HR team. Details include but not limited to designing and implementing HR policies in Thailand in accordance with the labour law, Talent & Career Management, Performance Management & Development, Reward & Recognition processed, People Practices, capability building / Talent Development, Strengthen Employee Relations, Talent engagement & Retention, HR operation (payroll) & Compliance.
oProvide HR leadership and coaching to managers regarding employee relation issues.
oLead significant HR projects and processes including succession planning, salary planning, performance management and organization design.
oPartner with business leaders to interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.
oEnsure HR metrics fully reflected in daily people management and meet the targets.
