- To Administer and manage servers such as database servers and other servers as assigned to ensure business
software is running smoothly and able to service
- To provide business reports, query and business information to Management and users as needed
- To provide technical support to ERP, CRM and other business applications
- To perform backup and restoration tasks for data and system
- To report problems and issues related to ERP and CRM applications to vendors along with feedback responses to
end users
- To support activities and tasks to achieve the company quality policy
- To support IT projects and coordinate with other IT functions, key users and third parties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- At least 2-3 years experience in IT infrastructure and support in IT functions
- Experience in technical support such as infrastructure, server, security, backup and virtualization
- Familiar with telephone system, barcode scanner, Handheld device and other IT devices for warehouse management industry
- Have communication skills - Thai (Native), English
