รายละเอียดงาน•To manage Day-to-day complex operation to achieve customer requirement. Inbound, Export, Local distribution, Value Added Service(VAS), Original Equipment(OE) and Non-Tire within the warehouse
•Maintain standards and disciplines at all levels within the business
•Quality Services Improvement & Detection of customer expectation and satisfaction
•Supervise, coach, and motivate staffs to achieve goal and mission
•Untangle daily operations, find out customer complaints and establish corrective/ preventive action.
•Key material and equipment control to prevent operation stoppage
•Implement Productivity measurement by FTE
•Resource management and people development
