รายละเอียดงาน
1. Monitoring and providing documents e.g. Invoice, Packing list, BOI file for import custom clearance process including
applying for a release permit in the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) system.
2. Coordinating with internal e.g. purchasing, warehouse department and external e.g. shipping company, forwarder customs.
3. Reviewing the shipping document e.g. Performa Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and Air Way Bill.
4. Performing import and export document e.g. Invoice and Packing List.
5. Performing weekly and monthly report and maintaining documents of import and export.
6. Ensuring logistics paperwork and expense document e.g. freight, handling fee, storage charge,
and customs duty are billed correctly and submit billing to proceed payment.
7. Handling courier booking for delivery raw materials and samples.
8. Submitting the export documents to the customs officer for process export entry.
9. Checking and confirming draft import and export entry.
10. Responsible for paying Fedex or DHL express handling fee of import shipment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- College degree in warehousing,logistics, or electronics
- Relevant working experience 1 year and above
- Fluent in Thai and basic proficiency in either English or Chinese
- Proficient in OFFICE /SAP software
- Have a high sense of responsibility
