รายละเอียดงาน
1. According to main plan data of APS system, make monthly production plan based on the factors of factory manpower, capacity, materials and equipment.
2. Make weekly production plan according to factory production schedule, set up MOs in advance and upload it to MES system for implementation.
3. Track anomalies in the production process, coordinate responsible departments to close anomalies on schedule, and ensure that the production plan is achieved.
4. Arrange the output plan according to the sales requirements and delivery plan, and check the output and delivery status daily.
5. Supervise the manufacturing department to clear the line on time, and close MO within the specified time.
6. Analyze the results of the plan by week and month, and implement the over-production incentive and responsibility assessment for the results.
7. Create purchase orders (P/O), track delivery status. Coordinate with the warehouse department to receive products into the system.
8. Record and summarize orders for each day / month / year
9. Make monthly payment plan, and make monthly budget plan in advance.
10. Other assigned by the supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or purchasing related major
- Relevant working experience 3 years and above
- Good command of Chinese
- Able to use computer, Microsoft Office, SAP System
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Have a high sense of responsibility and able to work well under pressure
