Subordinate: 100 (Sub teams: workshop (40-50), service, part, body&paint)
Job Description:
- Drive achievement of service revenue targets through effective team leadership and adherence to processes.
- Achieve key performance indicators and targets across service, workshop, and parts departments.
- Manage the service budget, reviewing monthly and flagging concerns to the management team.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the Aftersales operations and increase vehicle throughput.
- Implement strategies to sustain and improve customer satisfaction while ensuring ongoing profitability.
